At Into the West Adventures, we want all of our friends to experience something special on their walking trip. To bring back stories that they will share with friends.

We have walked every step of the way and made many lifelong friends along our Camino journey, in the hotels, guesthouses, taverna and restaurants. Everything we provide to you is guaranteed through years of experience and building strong relationships and friendships with the hospitality sector along the pilgrim routes.

That promise of authentic experiences extends to our walking trips in Italy and Scotland. Walking every step, staying in the hotels and eating in the restaurants ensures our team can provide that personal touch.

Here at home we continue to visit our off-shore islands, supporting those island communities and showing off what is best about those beautiful places, their communities and their wild and ancient landscapes. We visit places like Inishturk, Inishbofin, Inishark, Bere island, Dursey island, Arranmore and Tory island.

Our island weekends provide the opportunity for people to explore and experience these unique places. On our walks each day, we bring the stories of the islands alive, of their ancient archaeological origins and history. Then in the evenings we enjoy great food, craic and perhaps a pint or two.

At Into the West Adventures we want all our friends to experience the wonder and beauty of your Camino journey as we do. To have an experience of a lifetime that you will share with friends.

We have walked every step of the way  and made many lifelong friends along our Camino journey, in the hotels, guesthouses, taverna and restaurants. Everything we provide to you is guaranteed through years of experience and building strong relationships and friendships with the hospitality sector along the pilgrim routes.

Mark decided to turn his love of hiking and the outdoors into a business in 2012. Since then he has expanded the business to include Camino routes, trekking adventures and incredible walking weekends in Ireland.
The thing he loves best about his job is meeting people and showing them some of the most beautiful places we have at home and abroad.
Being head guide means he gets to experience incredible places and amazing people all the time, and that is the perfect job as far as he is concerned.
